All digital copies which will be sent to you via email. You can print this yourself at home or at any local or online printing company.

❥ Once you have selected the number of characters (pets are also a character) please check out. Once you have checked out please send me the following information to annaillustrates@hotmail.com within 24 hours:

1. A photo of each character or a clear group photo showing the correct hairstyles
2. A description of the clothing you would like if not displayed in the photo
3. The eye colour for each character
4. Any text you would like included e.g. 'The Morgan Family'
5. White background or background colour of choice
6. What size you would like this made e.g. 8" x 8", 10" x 10", A4 etc.

❥ Once the illustration is complete I will send you a proof so that you can let me know if you have any final amendments. I will send you the final digital files (PDF and JPG) to your selected email address.

❥ Please note that this is a cute illustration, I will try my best to depict the likeness of each person but it is not a life portrait and so will not look exactly the same!

❥ Please note once I have started the illustration no refunds are available due to the illustration being bespoke and the time spent on it.

❥ If I haven't received the required information after 48 hours your order will be cancelled
